Full sessions can be held at various locations, and the location can be chosen by you. Time slots for full sessions
vary depending on the session. Willow & Fern Photography requires a 50% deposit to book all full sessions. This
deposit is to secure your spot and is non-refundable. If you must cancel your session, within 24 hours, you may
use the deposit as a credit towards a future photo shoot.
Cancellations due to weather is at the photographers discretion ONLY.
Mini sessions are held at a specific date, at one location.
Time slots are generally between 20-30 minutes long. Please be on time for all mini session appointments as they are held back to back. This helps me to keep things running smoothly. Arriving late for your mini session will shorten your allocated time.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking all mini sessions, since mini sessions are highly discounted. There are no refunds given for mini session fee's upon cancellation, or due to no show. However, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours, you may use the credit towards another mini session of equal value.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are to hold your date/time and to ensure the photographer doesn't lose out on money working for another party on that date or time slot. Deposit money may be used for future photo shoots upon the photographers discretion.
Cancellations due to weather is at the photographers discretion ONLY. The photographer may choose to re-schedule the photo shoot based on weather conditions to ensure you have the best outcome from your photo session.
